The Maids uses customer service managers to answer all your questions between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. (Yes, you get to speak to real live people, not an answering machine!) Also to detail sales calls, our office staff makes feedback calls after every cleaning to confirm the quality of the work done by our cleaning teams. Additionally, we also make calls two days in advance to confirm and as a reminder to you that a team is coming to clean your house. Our sales staff are quite sharp, attentive and very impressive as they handle the steady stream of inquiries, all the cleaning scheduling as well as our computer database management.
