Quality Office Management
The Maids has customer service managers to answer your questions between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. (Yes, live people, and not answering machines!) In addition to the detailed sales calls, our office staff makes feedback calls after every clean to verify the quality of the work done by our teams. Also, we make confirmation calls two days in advance to remind you that a team is coming to clean. Our sales staff is sharp, attentive and impressive as they handle the steady stream of inquiries, all the scheduling and the computer database management.
